Cascade Lodge Owner's Policies

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon check-in, we will require a Major Credit Card in order to take a security deposit of CAD $350.00. This is a pre-authorization, not a charge, and therefore does not need to be credited back at the end of your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit card information over the phone for a security deposit.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT

Available upon special request and permission only. If you have not vacated the unit by 10 am, a CAD $200 late departure fee may apply.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not permitted in the units or in any common area of the property. A $500 Hypo-Allergenic Cleaning Fee will be applied if any violation of this policy is determined.

PET POLICY

Cascade Lodge is a pet-free resort. Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. There are pet hotels in both Squamish and Pemberton if you cannot find a boarding kennel close to home. Please inquire at the Front Desk for details. A $500 Hypo-Allergenic Cleaning Fee will be applied if any violation of this policy is determined.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

Weekly housekeeping service is included in the annual maintenance fee. All Units will be cleaned prior to occupancy, where a Member is reserving accommodation for seven consecutive days. A light mid-week clean is available at an extra charge. Notice of these fees shall be provided to the Owners.
