Is there a pool and hot tub onsite?
Cascade Lodge has a large year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub for your enjoyment, no matter the season.
Summer hours 10 AM -10 PM
Winter hours 1 PM - 10 PM
Located just past the lobby on the ground floor. Available for all guests to use.
Check-In Process
Owners and guests will need to check-in at the central office, located in Function Junction, before proceeding to Cascade Lodge. Here, you will receive your welcome pack that contains your door codes for access to your unit.

What time can I check in / Check out?
Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.
*IMPORTANT: Failure to depart by 10 AM on the day of your check-out may result in a $250 late departure fine.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the units due to strata bylaws. We love our furry friends just as much as you and understand not wanting to leave them behind. Here are some recommended boarding kennels you can leave your pets at while on vacation.

IMPORTANT: Certified guide dogs or service dogs are permitted with restrictions and additional fees regardless of strata bylaws. Feel free to contact our team for more information regarding this.
RULES & REGULATIONS ON WORKING DOGS IN STRATA & HOTELS
Please note: The guide/service dog policy is as follows.
Emotional support dogs are NOT PERMITTED to stay.
The owner/trainer will be required to provide documentation at check-in - and -will not be permitted to do remote check-ins.
The front desk will confirm the animal, owner/trainer and documentation match prior to checking in.
The owner/trainer is responsible for any potential damages caused by the dog. For this reason, an additional security deposit of CAD $500 is taken (on top of the $350) at check-in, to be refunded at the time of check-out after the unit is checked over.
No additional cleaning fee is charged to an owner with a guide/service dog. However, the room will be deep cleaned after check-out. The Front Desk will communicate with housekeeping to ensure the deep cleaning is scheduled.
Are you allowed to barbecue?
Barbecuing is prohibited on the patios.
Clothes Drying
Towels, bathing suits and other items may not be left on patios or railings so as to be visible from other dwelling units or common areas. A tumble dryer is available in every unit.
